How many guests can I invite to my kid's party?
A party room accommodates 27 kids and 6 adults. Other adults are welcome to wait or relax in our adult area where they can surf the Internet, watch television, and talk with other parents.

What if I have more than 24 total kids?
Additional kids can be accommodated for an additional cost per child. Please contact your local Monkey Joe’s for pricing details. If your party exceeds 24 kids, you should consider a larger package. We can expand the rooms to accommodate larger groups, but in order to maintain staff-to-child ratios (for safety), we need to be prepared in advance.

When do I need to provide Monkey Joe's a final headcount?
You will need to provide us with a final headcount 72 hours prior to the party. This will allow us to make any final adjustments to your party package. At this time, the remainder of your balance will be charged.
There are no exceptions; once we have your final headcount and the balance has been charged, packages cannot be altered.

Can I bring my own decorations to my kid's party?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own decorations. Please take home any decorations you bring to Monkey Joe’s. Silly string, confetti, piñatas, and streamers are not allowed. An additional cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive clean up or damage.

Can I bring my own food to the party?
You can bring your own birthday cake. However, we do not allow any other outside food and/or beverages.

Who serves the food at my party?
Your party pro will serve the food and will handle the clean-up unless specified by the host. Candles, matches and a knife to cut your cake are provided.

When do I need to place my food order for the party?
In order to make sure we have your food on time, we need a final headcount 72 hours in advance. If you need to make adjustments after you have provided the final count, please be aware that the timing of the delivery may be delayed

How do I reserve my kid's party at Monkey Joe's?
We must have a valid credit card in the host's name on file. A 50 percent deposit is required to place your reservation. No checks please.

If I need to reschedule or cancel my kid's party can I get a refund on my deposit?
Provided your local Monkey Joe's has the date and time available, you are welcome to reschedule one week prior to your party. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before your party.

What is Swisher Hygiene?
In all locations, Monkey Joe’s has committed to sanitizing all inflatable surfaces by Swisher. The service is intended to reduce exposure to germs and cross-contamination for all who visit and play at Monkey Joe’s, making it a cleaner environment than public playgrounds, schools, daycare centers and amusement parks. Swisher applies an OSHA-approved, FDA-certified solution that is completely safe for human contact but that kills more than 99.9 percent of commonly encountered germs. The formulation has been engineered to deliver residual germ killing power for a minimum of seven days, ensuring that each Monkey Joe’s location is effectively covered from one weekly service to the next. The application is performed after hours by expertly trained technicians.
